All products purchased from thisweepiggy are listed in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Please note for international orders,Heather is not responsible for any liable international customs or duties that may apply. Prices displayed at thisweepiggy are subject to change without further notice.
Orders and Payments
When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. Our online payment system is managed by Paypal which is fully SSL encrypted and PCI compliant for optimum security.
Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated and added to your order before you enter your delivery address and credit card/Paypal details. You are able to see the full charge before completing your purchase.
While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
Shipping
This Wee Piggy offers shipping to any location within Australia and overseas posting via Australia Post. We will endeavor to ship your order within 5 - 7 working days however delivery times may vary depending on your location. Purchases made from outside Australia should expect a longer delivery time.
Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these extra costs. We cannot be held responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit because we take great care in packaging your products to reach you in perfect condition.
Return Policy
Please choose your order carefully because we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement.
